Learn to measure and improve your company's operational performance! Get to know the data-driven Six Sigma methodology and apply the principles in your workplace. Students will gain a practical understanding of how to use the Six Sigma approach within a project management context. For example, students will learn how to identify a problem, convert it to a statistical problem, find a statistical solution and convert it into a practical solution. Students will also be introduced to "DMAIC", an ordered plan for resolving problems: Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control.
