The United Cycle Scholarship shall be awarded to one male and one female affiliated member of Softball Alberta.

In order for your application to be processed and eligible, the following must be provided:

• A brief, one-page list of their competitive softball involvement and achievements (include current and all previous years). Be sure to include any Provincial or Post-Provincial tournaments, Alberta Summer Games, Western Canada Games, Canada Summer Games that you have attended along with any personal awards you have received.
• A brief essay describing your future softball goals.
