What you need to get in to the Civil Engineering Technology at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology?
Students must successfully complete: English 30 or 33; Math 30-1 (Pure), Transitional Math 101, or Algebra 35 (minimum 65%); one of Science 30, Physics 30 or Chemistry 30. An interest in, and an aptitude for applied sciences, especially those with a physics base is a definite asset to anyone considering this program. Priority will be given to students entering with Math 30-1. Applicants presenting Math 30-2 may be assessed. Upgrading may be required. The Career Investigation is mandatory for entrance into the Civil Engineering Technology program. Upon successful completion of this Nationally Accredited Program, graduates are eligible for 2 years advanced credit in NAIT's Bachelor of Technology in Technology Management (BTech) Program.
