What you need to get in to the Computer Engineering Technology at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology?
Applicants must have successfully completed the following courses: English 30-1 or 30-2; Math 30 (Pure), Transitional Mathematics 101 or Algebra 35 (65%); One of Physics 30, Chemistry 30 or Science 30. Other math prerequisites, such as the previous Alberta Learning designations of Math 30 or Math 33, will be considered on an individual basis by the registrar. Math updating or upgrading may be required. Additional Requirements: Students must have access to a computer that has the capability of running Visual Studio .NET. Computer keyboard entry comprises a significant portion of training time; therefore, touch typing or basic keyboarding skills are a definite asset.
