What you need to get in to the Magnetic Resonance at Northern Alberta Institute of Technology?
All applicants must have a minimum average of 60% in each of the following courses: English 30-1, Pure Math 30, Chemistry 20, Physics 30, and Biology 30. All applicants are encouraged to obtain a high school diploma as some employers may still require it as a condition of employment. Additional Requirements: In order to be successful in all Diagnostic Imaging Programs at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, basic computer skills must be acquired by the student prior to admission to any of the programs. Basic computer skills are considered to be word processing, presentation skills (PowerPoint), and e-mail usage. Although all qualified applicants will be considered for admission, preference may be given to Alberta residents. To be considered an Alberta resident, an applicant must have lived in the province for 12 consecutive months. International Students: As English is the language of instruction in all programs at NAIT, an adequate knowledge of written and spoken English is a prerequisite for admission. Regardless of country of origin or citizenship status, all applicants must demonstrate proficiency in the English language prior to acceptance. Foreign credentials must be evaluated by the International Qualification Assessment Services Branch of Employment and Immigration. Please call the IQAS at 780.427.2655 for more information. Applicants must complete and submit a Career Investigation Report (with an application form) by March 31st.
