What you need to get in to the Radio Television Broadcast News at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology?
Alberta High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 60% in English Language Arts 30-1 or English Language Arts 30-2 or equivalents. Once applicants have met entrance requirements, they will be asked to submit a resume, a research paper on a designated topic, and up to three letters of reference. Those considered to have the best fit with the program will be interviewed in May. They will be given aptitude and general knowledge tests at that time. All seats will be filled based on aggregate scores. Applicants who are interviewed but not selected will be placed on a wait list. Should any selected applicant choose not to attend, an applicant from the waitlist will be called by rank order and offered the seat.
