What you need to get in to the Nutrition for Healthy Lifestyles at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology?
Alberta High School Diploma or equivalent with an overall average of at least 60% in Pure or Applied Math 20, English 30 or 33, and Chemistry 20 or Science 20 or Physics 20 or Biology 30. English Proficiency: English is the language of instruction in all programs at SAIT and the primary language of most workplaces in Alberta. Prior to admission to this program, all applicants are required to demonstrate proficiency in the English language in one of the following ways: Successful completion of the named prerequisite English course or equivalent, PLUS at least three years of formal full-time study at an English designated secondary school or post-secondary institution in an English speaking country which SAIT recognizes as English-language proficiency exempt. Proof on application of a minimum score of 8 in Canadian Language Benchmarks Assessment (CLBA) in all categories. The CLBA measures English proficiency in Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
